Customer Engineering (Memphis, TN): Resp for designing & implementing improved processes for Freight Auditing & Spend Mgmt Solutions to enable self-service issue resolution. Perform critical code reviews & suggest applicable changes to fulfill customer needs. Oversee/Manage the Engg Support Queue. Liaise w/ engg teams to get issues resolved. Thorough training of team members including maintaining knowledgebase wiki/documentation.
Reqmt: Bachelor’s degree or equiv in Comp Sci, Computer Apps, Math, Engg, Tech, Business Admin or a rel field. 5 yrs of exp in job offered or in rel occs of Global IT Operations Mgr, Oracle Consultant, Oracle Tech Analyst, DB Solutions Engnr, Oracle Programmer, Programmer Analyst, Systems Analyst or rel occs. Exp must include performing code review, testing bug fixes, creating & modifying PL/SQL scripts, & providing production support in the logistic branch/field.
